Bayswater Marina

Bayswater Marina is Auckland's newest marina located just across the harbour from Auckland City.
The Marina lies at the end of a peninsula in clear view of Auckland City with travelling times to the city ranging from 15 minutes by road to 5 minutes by regular harbour ferry. Most of the Marina slips are privately owned and are available for rent through the Marina office. All berths are equipped with water and 240 volt power, with earth leakage protection.
Live aboards are welcome year round. A Marina lounge is provided free of charge to all users. The lounge offers free unlimited internet access television and video, daily newspapers, coffee machine, magazines, laptop network and internet connections and a place to relax onshore.

Bucklands Beach Yacht Club Marina

Bucklands Beach Yacht Club Marina is located in Half Moon Bay on the Tamaki River Estuary of the Auckland Harbour. Boats using the Marina have easy access to the waters of the harbour and the Hauraki Gulf and its Islands. The Marina comprises three piers and a floating breakwater adjacent to the larger Half Moon Bay Marina. Most of the berths are privately owned but a few may be available to visitors by prior arrangement.

Maintenance facilities are located at adjacent Half Moon Bay. These include Marina Boat Builder, Yacht Rigger, Marine Engineers, Marine Electrical Services, Stainless Welding, Boat Painter, Outboard Services, Fish & Dive Shop, Haulout and hardstand. Within the shopping complex there are Yacht and launch brokers, Restaurants, takeaway bar, Superette/cafe, Hair salon, Doctors surgery, a Chemist, Ships Chandlery and Marine Upholstery.

Refuelling facilities are also available at Half Moon Bay Marina.

Chaffers Marina is an internationally classed floating marina with a prime location adjacent to Te Papa (Museum of Zealand) in Wellington's inner harbour. It was completed in 1993 and offers facilities and services to both visiting vessels and private berth owners. Eastland Port Marina

Eastland Port Inner Harbour Marina , PO Box 1048 , Gisborne

As New Zealands eastern most Marina, Gisbornes Inner Harbour Marina provides berths to a range of recreational and commercial vessels. Situated within walking distance of Gisbornes CBD and amongst some of the regions best bars, cafes and restaurants, the Marina is an ideal base for further exploring the rugged East Coast of the North Island.

Within the inner harbour is a boat launching ramp, travel lift and maintenance yard, fuel berth and bilge water pumping station. Nearby services include general chandlery, laundromat, diary and the Gisborne-Tatapouri Sports Fishing Club, while engineering and provisioning services can be organised.

Short term berthage is available and live-aboard can be accommodated for vessels with holding tanks. Medium/longer term berthage can also be provided with prior arrangement. Power and water is available to all berths .

Half Moon Bay Marina is located in the Eastern Suburbs of Auckland, in safe calm waters near the mouth of the Tamaki Estuary.
The Marina provides 500 berths plus a full service Haulout and hardstand facility capable of storing 180 boats on the hardstand and in trailer park areas.
A limited number of berths between 9m - 15m are available for casual rent. A retail centre within the marina complex plus 24 hrs security and a ferry service to the city and the Waiheke Island adjacent to the marina adds to the overall appeal of Half Moon Bay Marina.
The Haulout facility has 35 tonne lift capacity. Maximum length and beam that can be lifted is 18 and 5 meters respectively.

Kerikeri Cruising Marina and Club Ltd

The Kerikeri Marina is located at the entrance to the Kerikeri Inlet, on the doorstep of the beautiful Bay of Islands. The 186 berth marina is sheltered amongst bush-clad hills and consists of a floating breakwater and four floating piers with finger structures. Adjacent to the marina are two boat ramps, a fuel jetty and car parking. The marina is fifteen minutes by road to the vibrant historic town of Kerikeri where general provisions, engineering and chandlery services are available. Overlooking the marina, the Kerikeri Cruising Club restaurant and bar are open daily during the summer season and Wednesday to Sunday during winter. Kinloch is located on the shores of Whangamata Bay, Lake Taupo. The village is 20km by road to the west of Taupo City.

The area has a permanent population of around 500 which increases to about 2500 during peak holiday times. Kinloch village contains a well-equipped store/takeaway restaurant and a fully licensed high quality restaurant. The marina, with mooring and boat launching facilities, and the 10 hole public golf course, are features of this serene and spectacularly located village.

Lake Taupo Marina

Lake Taupo Marina is situated in the Waikato River upstream of the control gates bridge commonly known to as Lake Taupo Harbour. It is controlled by the Internal Affairs Department and administered by the Lake Taupo Harbourmaster. A waiting list of several years exists for permanent berthing but short term temporary berths are available given prior notice (although peak periods over Christmas and Easter place a heavy demand on availability). The Department also administers berths for smaller craft at Motuoapa and Tokaanu Marina's with 144 and 22 berths respectively. There is a waiting list of two years at Motuoapa.

The Milford Marina is a short cruise up the Wairau Estuary and is home to 220 vessels mainly of shallow draft.
The marina is tidal and access is limited to approximately three hours either side of the tide. Preference is given to residents of the North Shore for permanent berthage. The membership to this incorporated society is $225 and the society operates a waiting list system for permanent berths.

Napier's Inner Harbour is situated in Ahuriri, Napier. Majority of berths are used for commercial fishing but some berths are available for pleasure craft, yachts and launches. We have four areas for vessels: West Quay (mainly for commercial fishing vessls although some casual availability for larger yachts 16m+). Iron Pot with a floating Jetty and Two finger jetties on Meeanee Quay at Westshore. Ahuriri is currently undergoing development and like many former industrial waterfront locations has become a focus for visitors & tourists with bars, restaurants and apartments now occupying the old woolstores.

Nelson Marina

110 Akerston St , Nelson

The sheltered waters of Nelson Haven are home of the Nelson Marina. Boat owners from around New Zealand and overseas are drawn by the excellent, safe facilities, low annual berthage fees, the attractions of the Nelson region, and the marina's central location. The marina is in a sheltered area and is not subject to sea surges. It is surrounded by marine - related businesses and Nelson is a great place to spend time while your boat undergoes repairs.

Included in the 510 berths, the Nelson Marina has limited accommodation for large boats up to 20 metres, with some berths reserved for visitors and multi-hull craft. Most berths range from 10-15 metres. The average pontoon size is 11m. Nearby, Port Nelson has a super yacht berth for larger vessels.

The marina has toilets and showers. Electricity (three-pin plug) and safe drinking water are available at every berth. A pump is avaliable for vessels wishing to discharge sewerage from holding tanks. Refuelling facilities are available nearby. Choose from either the cradle-lift or the 150 tonne travel-lift to get your boat out of the water, as well as a crane that can be used for mast removal.

A commercial laundromat operates near the marina. Cafes and bars are close; it's an easy 15 minute walk to the shops and galleries of the city centre. The airport is a short taxi ride away.

There are three ten-minute schedules where the radio is on standby after the broadcast to take incoming calls and issue navigation warnings.

Situated on Tamaki Drive in Okahu Bay, Orakei sits opposite North Head and the entrance to Auckland Harbour, providing unparalleled access from downtown Auckland and the inner eastern suburbs to the Hauraki Gulf and Gulf islands.
Protected by a solid rock breakwater on three sides, including a stunning walkway on the Nor-Eastern breakwaters, the 180 berths consist of wet berths ranging between 12m and 40m in length.

Whangaroa Harbour Marina is New Zealand's most northerly marina with the closest access to the famous game fishing grounds from the Cavalli Islands north to North Cape and beyond. The beautiful Whangaroa Harbour is unique in the North Island of New Zealand with its deep water bays and and near vertical volcanic cliffs and has safe anchorages under most weather conditions. The Marina (35°03 00 S 173°44 50E) is located 3.1 nm south from the deep water entrance to the harbour (35° 00 00 S 173° 45 80E) at the small Far North village of Whangaroa .

The Marina was opened in 1997 after a few enterprising locals formed a community trust to build the facility for the use of the residents of the former district county of Whangaroa. The marina is still owned and run by the Whangaroa Marina Trust and is a non profit Charitable Trust assisting the community of Whangaroa and providing a facility that all can enjoy.

Whitianga is an established seaside town on the eastern seaboard of the Coromandel Peninsula. Whitianga's harbour has a deep, sheltered all weather entrance that is navigable by large craft, regardless of tide or weather.
The development: The Waterways will have several distinct zones including un-restricted and restricted canals, a small retail zone, standard (non canal front) residential zone and an airport zone, where owners with aircraft will be able to fly in and park their aircraft in their own hangar. Located in Whitianga Harbour on Coromandels eastern seaboard 1500m upstream of Whitianga Marina. Stage 1 just completed. There are 38 private berths. Private rentals by arrangement.
