Sayers certified, 1970 built Hartley motorsailer. Fitted out by professional yacht builder for his own use (McMullen and Wing). Current owner has used the boat as an apartment when visiting Auckland on the 14m Hobsonville marina berth that can be purchased with it. Included in the sale is all the navigation equipment including: Furuno radar, Furuno GPS, colour plotter, Raytheon self steering plus remote, Raytheon wind instrumentation, 2 x compasses, VHF radio. 2 Helm stations, both equipped with: auto anchor, engine morse controls, instrumentation. Serviceable 2.7m inflatable and 5hp outboard (was attacked by a leopard seal) repaired now. 2 Person inflatable kayak and paddles, 4 new life jackets. Sails are ok, furling headsail, includes small spinnaker, (newish) teak decks, s/s rigging, davits, high quality deck fittings and rope handling. Solar system plus Zeise soundhood generator (166 hrs) this would need to be recommissioned as marina shore power used currently. Ford 4 cylinder 60hp motor (1600 hours approx.), recent gearbox service, professional installation of all fuel, water systems and motor/gearbox etc. Recent Russell Alexander survey showing all in good shape. Recently renewed upholstery matching throughout, recent new electric loo and system, h & c shower, cockpit shower, deck wash. Flat screen CD player, small Bose speaker, radio/CD/tape system, LED lighting plus trad gimballed oil lamp. Full galley including: S/s 2-burner grill/oven, s/s sink, microwave, cabinet fridge/freezer, full set of pots, crocs and cutlery, loads of storage, everywhere.

Beautifully finished and well maintained but does require a haul out for antifoul and PropSpeed.14 metre marina available separately for $25k
