12m, Built approximately 1986. A great family cruiser with economy and room. She is reported to be built with Kauri frames double diagonal and glassed over, being approximately 12m LOA, 4.17m beam and 1.0m draft with flybridge and roomy cockpit. The vessel has 2 sleeping cabins being 2 single and 4 doubles with the main saloon having plenty of seating room. The galley is well laid out with LPG stove and compressor fridge and freezer. The propulsion is via a single 3208 Caterpillar with approximately 4070 hours, shaft drive and bow thruster for manageability. The current owner cruises at 1800rpm giving her 10 knots of economy running at approximately 18 lph with a reported full speed of 18 knots. The current owner is very fastidious and the vessel is presented in very tidy condition.
